A Provence-style, brilliant pink rosé made exclusively from Syrah grapes and adorned with an extravagant bottle! The nose is fresh, redolent of red berries, mainly currant and oriental spices. The palate is juicy and feels like biting into ripe strawberries and raspberries with excellent acid structure. Long finish, round, rich and mouth-filling aromas.
Food pairing: Our syrah rosé prefers lighter chicken dishes or duck, but also can handle mushroom based dishes. A perfect match for grilled tuna mixed with eggplant!
