Nice, characteristic and light Olaszrizling for everyday consumption, friendly conversations, light dinners or even served as a spritzer. Reductive technology to preserve the primary fruity notes. Serve at 10-12 °C to white meat dishes, salads with yoghurt, green cream soups, and might be an excellent companion to cheese cake with citrus-green walnut mousse.
