Kővilla Selection Villányi Cabernet Sauvignon, 2017

Premium dry red wine named after the Kővilla (’Stone Mason’) which stands right in the middle of the winery’s vineyards in the southern slopes of the Villány wine region. The building has witnessed numerous important wine events over the years and has inspired the winemaking team to create this wine selection. An elegant and strong character the wine was aged for 24 months in 225, 300 litres and large oak barrels. The nose shows black currants and spicies leading to a palate with light coffee notes. A well structured, concentrated and harmonious wine with long ageing potential.
